Floyd and Pearl Barnes, Owners
Floyd and Pearl Barnes have served the Eastside community for more than 35 years,
providing top-quality senior care at Cascade Plaza Retirement-Assisted Living Center,
Cascade Vista Convalescent Center, and Evergreen Vista Convalescent Center.
Before Cascade Vista opened in 1967, convalescent centers were primarily run as if
they were hospitals, not homes. From the beginning, the Barnes' approach was different
to promote a supportive community nurturing body, mind, and spirit. At Cascade Plaza,
this vision has helped to create a healthy community fostering active lifestyles, companionship,
and physical wellbeing.
